Lisa has been in the healthcare field for over two decades and has amassed a wealth of experience. Her milestones as a laboratory expert include but are not limited to developing a top notch certified phlebotomy training program where relevant and quality skills enhance individuals’ employability while contributing to economic growth, thus creating a national workforce pipeline of highly trained phlebotomists; opening her own Patient Service Center where under her leadership and direction her team performs various CLIA waived laboratory testing in addition to launching a mobile phlebotomy enterprise which brings her first-class laboratory expertise to homes, offices or respective location of her clients throughout the Midwest and the contiguous United States; becoming an expert panel member for The Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI), a not-for-profit organization that develops laboratory standards worldwide; and last but not least, being honored by The American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS) as an Ascending Professional Leadership Award Nominee.
